Just a short walk from the historic center of Tricase, Donna Maria is a truly charming restaurant and farm stay. Both the exterior and interior of the venue are meticulously cared for. In the spacious garden, set within a beautiful LAMIA (a typical structure of the Salento countryside), vintage tables and soft lighting create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

The menu features simple dishes from the traditional Salento peasant cuisine. It's well worth trying the rich and varied "antipasto della trattoria" (house appetizer). The grilled meats are good, as are the fava beans and chicory, "pezzetti di cavallo" (horse meat stew), and "orecchiette con le cime di rapa" (orecchiette pasta with turnip greens).
