Difficulty: Medium: some significant climbs for inclination and length.
Suggestions: path specifically created for the Masseria guests coming to Puglia to admire the sea of Salento from the rocky side of the Adriatic Sea.
Path: Leaving “Masseria Uccio” b&b follow the signs until you reach the Salento seafront in Marina Serra of Tricase, past Tricase Porto continue along the seafront towards Castro Marina. After cycling for some kilometres you will reach the characteristic small harbour of Castro. Here you can decide whether visiting the characteristic historical centre of Castro on the top of the hill, which can be reached taking the climb which leads the panoramic site called “belvedere”. From the belvedere a long descent will take you to the creek of Porto Miggiano. Porto Miggiano can also be reached from the Harbour of Castro continuing along the Salento seafront towards Otranto. From Porto Miggiano go back to the Farm taking the Salento seafront towards Santa Maria di Leuca.
